Lady Gaga gave an emotional live performance of “Dope” at the first YouTube Music Awards in New York on Sunday.

The singer sat at a piano for the ballad, from her upcoming ARTPOP album, wearing a trucker hat and flannel shirt as she belted out the soulful tune.

Arcade Fire Opens YouTube Music Awards With “Afterlife” Video Starring Greta Gerwig

Arcade Fire opened the first YouTube Music Awards on Sunday with a “live” music video for “Afterlife.”

Starring Greta Gerwig and directed by Spike Jonze, the segment moved from an apartment setting to a forest and finally to the stage itself, where a group of young dancers joined Gerwig and the band.
