Even after Kris Jenner and virtually every single member of her family blasted In Touch for continuously spreading false stories about the Kardashian-Jenner clan, the magazine still refuses to back off.
This week’s cover story features a photo of Kris and Bruce Jenner with the sensationalized headline, “Married to a Madwoman.”
Inside its pages, the magazine claims the momager “cheated” on Bruce with “the same man she was seeing behind Robert [Kardashian’s] back, former soccer player Todd Waterman.”
The tab says Kris continued to see Waterman after she began dating Bruce, back in the ’90s.
And that’s not all.
In Touch further alleges that Kris “paid off Todd so Bruce — and the world — would never find out about it.”
According to an “insider” for the rag, “Todd knows where the bodies are buried, so to speak, when it comes to Kris, Bruce, Robert and the girls.”
That vague statement is essentially meaningless, but OK.
Anyhow, the so-called “source” continues, “So last year, she persuaded him to appear on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians.’ It was her way of paying him off and making sure he stayed silent about their torrid past.”
“Normally, someone is paid about $1,500 to appear on the show, but Todd received a onetime payment of $15,000 to $20,000,” the supposed “insider” tells the mag.
The source explains, “He appeared under the pretense that they were having closure on their relationship. Little did everyone — least of all Bruce — know that she was gagging him.”
So Kris supposedly paid off Waterman more than two decades after allegedly cheating on Bruce — via E! producers?
That’s ridiculous, especially given the fact that Waterman already ran his mouth to In Touch last year.
Regardless, a source close to “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” production says it is “not true” that Waterman was paid anywhere near such a sum for appearing on the show.
And while only Kris can say what happened between her and Waterman 20 years ago, it’s safe to say that Bruce has heard these allegations before, and is not letting the claims destroy his marriage.
