Monika Leigh and Ray Boudreaux Tense Battle on The Voice Leads to Steal (VIDEO)

Monika Leigh and Ray Boudreaux faced off during part two of “The Voice” battle round on Tuesday.

The contestants, both on reigning champ Blake Shelton’s team, performed a high-energy version of “Some Kind of Wonderful.”

The tension was adorably cut when Bourdeaux’s young daughter yelled from the audience, declaring his dad the winner.

Luckily, Shelton agreed!

And, fortunately for Leigh, mentor Cee Lo Green exercised his steal — the only one used all night — and stole her to join his own team.
