Sharon Osbourne sounds off about a range of hot-button issues in a candid new interview with The Daily Beast, weighing in on everything from Justin Bieber and Anthony Weiner to rumors of an impending divorce from husband Ozzy Osbourne.

Asked about Weiner’s latest sexting scandal, “The Talk” co-host calls the aspiring mayor “fabulously insane” and “out of his f**king mind.”

“I’d like to slap him,” says Osbourne, noting, “You’re a grown man with a great education, and you think, in this day and age, you can send pictures of your penis over the Internet and not get caught?”

The TV personality similarly doesn’t hold back when it comes to Bieber, whom she said last fall won’t “stand the test of time.”

“I feel really bad for him. There’s this little kid with a huge dream, he’s cute, girls love him, and he wants to be a mean boy, and he’s about as mean as a f**kin’ kitten, and he’s trying to act out,” says Osbourne. “It’s like pissing in a bucket. It’s like, ‘Oh, we’re the bad boys!’ F**k off! You don’t know what bad is.”

She continues, “And I think that he’s lost, I really do. I think he doesn’t realize he’s white and not black, that’s a huge problem. And, at the point he’s at in his career, it’s so dangerous because we’ve seen it all before a million times. Where do you go when you’re a child entertainer and then you want to transition to be a man? Very few make it.”

And what about Kanye West?

“I have no time for him. He bores me. I said it on the show, he’s an average-looking man with an average talent, but he’s a great salesman. He should sell cars because they would f**kin’ fly out the door,” she says, adding, “He’s his No. 1 fan.”

Osbourne isn’t just full of insults, though.

She calls Taylor Swift “brilliant,” Justin Timberlake “the best all-arounder,” Barbara Walters “an amazing woman,” and admits that her decision to have a preventative double mastectomy last year was “nowhere near” as serious as what Angelina Jolie managed.

“She had lost her mother and her aunt to it, and she has all those babies to take care of,” says Osbourne. ”I’ve had my life, and she hasn’t yet.”

As for speculation that she’s on the rocks with Ozzy due to his recent relapse, Osbourne confirms she’s in the relationship for the long haul.

She explains, “It’s a drug and alcohol addiction, and he slipped really badly. Well, he didn’t slip, he f**kin’ fell. At that time in my life, I couldn’t handle it. I just said, ‘You’ve got to get out and come back when you’re sober.’”

“It was not a case of divorce. I would never divorce my husband. Ever. I love him too much. He’s far from perfect, and I’m even further from perfect, but I’ve known him for 42 years, and we’ve been a couple for 33. That’s my life,” says the former reality star.

She then adds, ” You just don’t walk away from people because they have a problem — unless they write on their c*ck and send it all around the world!”

Matt Lauer Slams NBC’s Handling of Ann Curry Firing, Direction Of Today Show

Truth rating: 10

Matt Lauer is finally breaking his silence about Ann Curry’s departure from the “Today Show” and the NBC morning show’s declining ratings.

The host — who is not leaving his post, despite wrong rumors — admits in a new interview with The Daily Beast that Curry’s ouster from her co-anchor position last June should have, and could have, been excecuted a lot better.

“I don’t think the show and the network handled the transition well. You don’t have to be Einstein to know that,” says Lauer.

He continues, “It clearly did not help us. We were seen as a family, and we didn’t handle a family matter well.”

Lauer further shares that he disagreed with the show’s direction last year, where more time seemed to be devoted to scandalous, tabloid-esque stories.

“The show got a little dour and depressing and dark,” says the TV journalist, revealing that he objected to a lot of the content, but was “losing a lot of those battles.”

“Even if [the stories] popped in the ratings in the short term, they did some damage in terms of trust with our viewers,” Lauer says. ”We got drunk on it.”

And, for the first time in 16 years, “Today” fell out of first place in the ratings, with ABC’s “Good Morning America” capturing the top spot.

“In some ways being No. 2 in the ratings is a real shot in the arm, a kick in the pants,” Lauer argues. “It makes you hungrier … I don’t think it’s a bad thing to have a fire lit under your a**.”

Lauer believes things are starting to turn around, however, noting, “It’s a much more positive show, a more uplifting show. Much of the darkness is gone, by design.”

But while the job is still not without stress or controversy, Lauer says he is going to persevere.

“I’m not going to whine or get depressed. Who’s going to feel sorry for me? Nobody,” he tells The Daily Beast. “I am the luckiest guy I know.”
