Sheryl Underwood capped a week of emotional host revelations on “The Talk” by telling her colleagues and viewers about a painful childhood that included her twin’s death, painful lies, and her mother stabbing her father.

The comedian’s biological mom, not wanting her to be close with her dad, had told a young Underwood that he had killed her sister.
When Underwood subsequently saw her mother’s violence against her father, she says she “engaged” her deceased twin as her “guardian angel” to get through the horror.
