Robin Quivers returned to Howard Stern’s studio on Wednesday following a 17-month cancer battle.

An emotional Stern told Quivers, “I’ve been praying for this day, and I’m really happy that you are here, and it makes me very, very happy.”

Robin Quivers has been fighting cancer for the past year.

The longtime Howard Stern sidekick revealed the news on his show on Monday.

Quivers told an emotional Stern and his listeners that doctors have declared her cancer-free following treatment including chemotherapy.

She has been gone from the studio for months while quietly battling the illness, contributing live show commentary via an ISDN line from her home, but until Monday had not gone into detail about the reason for her absence.

Gossip Cop is thrilled to hear she’s on the mend.
