Pink and Carey Hart Sued by Paparazzo for Incident After Cameraman Allegedly Snapped Pics of Baby’s Diaper Change

Pink and Carey Hart are reportedly being sued by a paparazzo who claims he was assaulted during a confrontation at a Malibu park in June.

Boris Issaei was snapping pics of the couple as they changed daughter Willow’s diaper, prompting them and a friend to lash out over the cameraman’s intrusiveness.

Issaei alleges Hart’s friend assaulted him — supposedly kicking and stomping on his legs, and kneeing him in the groin — and damaged his camera.

The photog further claims that Hart verbally berated him, allegedly screaming, “You f**king c**t… You f**king pedophile,” with Pink herself allegedly yelling, “You’re photographing my baby naked!”

Police were called to the scene at the time, but no arrests were made.

Now Issaei is seeking unspecified damages for assault, battery and property destruction, reports TMZ.

Pink has been vocal about her distaste for the paparazzi in the past, saying they aggressively stalked her after she welcomed Willow in 2011.

Pink Fires Back at Fans Slamming Carey Hart’s Bike Ride with Daughter Willow

Pink is firing back at critics who blasted her husband Carey Hart for taking their young daughter Willow on a motorcycle ride with him over the weekend.

After taking heat for the couple’s parenting decision, Pink tweeted on Tuesday, “If any of u have more experience on a bike than my husband, then I will listen to your opinions on how he should take my daughter for a ride.”

“I can’t promise I will care, but I will listen none the less,” she added.

Someone suggested, “@Pink wait until she’s 16 and let her decide for herself. Bikes are no joke!” — to which the singer replied, “Yeah ok. I’ve never met you but that’s great.”

To a follower who stated, “Honestly.. I wouldn’t like the idea of a child so young being on a bike,” Pink responded, “Then I don’t recommend it for your child.”

Pink retweeted a supporter who wrote, “Funny how everyone is an expert on your life & parenting but spend very little time reflecting on their own lives & parenting skills.”

She ended by tweeting, “M’kay I’m gonna go now. Gotta figure out what wills is wearing tomorrow for her MANIACAL MOTO MANIA!!!!!! Gotta pack veggies too! Organic!”

Carey Hart Takes Adorable Daughter Willow For First Motorcycle Ride (PHOTOS)

Carey Hart introduced daughter Willow to the family business on Saturday.

The motocross icon took the two-year-old on her first motorcycle ride.

“Been waiting for this day for a very long time,” wrote Hart on Instagram (picture at right and below). “Willz went for her 1st ride on my motorcycle around the pits today. She was pumped the whole time. When we stopped, she gave me a big hug and said it was fun, thank you Papa. That’s my girl.”

Willow might be a natural — two weeks ago, Hart posted a picture of her “ripping some laps on her suzuki strider bike” (see below).

Hart’s superstar wife Pink gave birth to Willow in June 2011.

Last month, Pink told Ellen DeGeneres that the adorable little girl — not her — is Hart’s “first” love.
