“Selena Gomez Steps Out With Mystery Man Before SXSW!” blares a headline from Perez Hilton, to whom much of celebrity reporting still remains an elusive “mystery.”
According to the blogger, who laughably claimed Gomez hooked up with Gucci Mane, the Spring Breakers star “may have found new gentleman to help her continue moving forward with her love life!”
Ooh!
Perez notes that on her way from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas for South By Southwest, Gomez was “spotted catching a ride to the airport in a limo with a mystery stranger!”
Whoa, they shared a car to the airport?
It must be serious!
Perez goes on to observe, “Could this dude’s look be FURTHER than the one normally rawked by the Biebs?!” adding, “Glad to see that you’ve expanded the range of your romantic pallette, gurl!”
So, is this really Gomez’s new boyfriend?
Nope.
In fact, this story couldn’t be any FURTHER from the truth.
A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the guy is actually “the boyfriend of a friend” of Gomez.
