Amy Poehler is an accomplished comedian and actress.

She can also rap.

On a recent “Comedy Bang! Bang!” podcast, the “Parks and Recreation” star did an amazing freestyle about… butter and Paula Deen.

It’s hard to describe exactly what’s happening here without context (for instance, Paul F. Tompkins is playing “Alan Thicke” in the rap battle), but Poehler’s rhymes are worth hearing.

Thomas Paculis, who tried to extort $250,000 from Paula Deen amid her N-word scandal, has been sentenced to two years in prison.

According to the FBI, Paculis contacted the kitchen celebrity’s camp back in June and demanded a quarter million dollars, threatening to release “true and damning” statements allegedly made by Deen.

After Deen’s attorney contacted federal officials in Atlanta, Paculis was taken into custody in New York, charged with two counts of extortion.

He subsequently struck a plea deal with prosecutors, agreeing to plead guilty to one of the counts.

On Monday, Paculis was sentenced to two years in prison, one year of supervised release, and 40 hours of community service.

According to TMZ, the court also ordered him to attend substance abuse counseling.

Paula Deen broke down in tears as she received a standing ovation in Houston on Saturday at her first major public appearance since a racism scandal made headlines and threatened her empire earlier this summer.

The TV and restaurant personality joined sons Bobby and Jamie for a cooking demonstration in front of 1,500 fans at the Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show.

“These are tears of joy, y’all,” she told the crowd after they greeted her with cheers. “This is my first time out in three months.”

Deen added, “I’ve said all along that the one place I wanted to make my first step back out was in Texas. You are forgiving folks with hearts as big as your state.”

At one point, she reportedly walked up to a video camera and declared with a smile, “I’m back!”

Deen was also quoted as saying, ”We all experience pain in some way but pain is also a good thing because it makes you grow.”
