Paris Jackson Left Suicide Note, Cut Arm With Meat Cleaver: Report

Paris Jackson reportedly left a suicide note and cut her forearm with a meat cleaver when she allegedly attempted to harm herself on Wednesday morning.
The 15-year-old also swallowed a large number of Motrin pills, according to TMZ.
The site says Michael Jackson’s daughter first called a suicide hotline, and the person on the line in turn called 911.

Jackson was reportedly taken to the hospital on a stretcher and placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72-hours.
She’s said to have received multiple stitches for the gash on her arm.
