“Lindsay Lohan is making plans for a career in stand-up comedy,” reports OK! Magazine.

According to the tabloid, Chelsea Handler “had a serious chat with Lindsay about her comedic talents, and gave her tips to start working on a stand-up routine.”

“Lindsay wants to try her luck with a live audience,” claims the supposed OK! “source.”

The magazine adds that “LiLo’s team is behind the move.”

That’s funny, because Gossip Cop reached out to a rep for Lohan, who says they’ve never heard of any such plans for the star.

The story is NOT TRUE.

No joke there.

Jessica Simpson Planning “Valentine’s Day Wedding”?

Jessica Simpson is “dreaming of a Valentine’s Day wedding,” reports OK!

Oh, what happened to the fall wedding the magazine claimed the star was having?

And what about the summer ceremony the tabloid reported Simpson was planning last year?

Anyway, OK! now alleges that the mom of two is “eyeing” Valentine’s Day for her and Eric Johnson’s nuptials, quoting a supposed “insider” as saying that Simpson thinks that “having her wedding on Feb. 14 would be the ultimate Valentine’s Day memory.”

The purported “source” says that Johnson “doesn’t care what day they pick,” adding that he’s told pals, “Whatever makes her happy.”

So, is Simpson really planning to tie the knot on the most popular wedding day of the year?

Nope.

Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the star, who tells us Simpson and Johnson still have yet to set a date for their ceremony.

Kim Cattrall to Play Samantha’s Mother on The Carrie Diaries?

Kim Cattrall may “join The Carrie Diaries,” reports OK!, which notes she’ll “play the mother of Samantha, her SATC character.”

According to a so-called “insider” for the tabloid, “Kim kas talked about doing some flash-forward type sequences, as Samantha’s mother or a motherly figure.”

The same supposed insider notes, “Storylines has been discussed,” and Cattrall thinks the prequel series “helps introduce SATC to a new generation.”

Fascinating and… WRONG.

Cattrall is NOT doing “The Carrie Diaries.”

The actress is in Canada, working hard on her TV show, “Sensitive Skin,” a source close to Cattrall tells Gossip Cop.
