Miguel Arrested For DUI

Miguel was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The “#Beautiful” performer was busted for drunk driving after the California Highway Patrol pulled over his BMW for speeding at approximately 2:15 a.m.

Miguel failed a Breathalyzer test, blowing a .10 and a .11, according to TMZ.

He was taken to a nearby station and booked for DUI, and was later released on $5,000 bail.

A court appearance is scheduled for September.

In the clip, Carey seems particularly confused about why the video requires her to lie on the ground “in the filth and dirt and horse dung.”
