Matt Damon Mocks George Clooney, Plays Crazy Version of Himself on House of Lies

Matt Damon is taking over another TV show.

After hijacking “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last month, the Boston native will appear on Showtime’s “House of Lies,” playing a crazy, drugged-out version of himself.

Damon seeks out Don Cheadle’s consulting firm in order to create a charity for the sole purpose of outdoing George Clooney, telling Cheadle’s character, “I just basically need a cause that’s about the size of Clooney’s cause, only with bigger tits.”

Damon adds, “That guy puts on a Hawaiian shirt and they hand him a f**king Oscar.”

His guest spot airs this Sunday at 10 p.m.

VIDEO: Matt Damon Takes Over “Jimmy Kimmel” With Star-Studded Revenge Show

Matt Damon took over Jimmy Kimmel’s show on Thursday, taking their decade-long feud to new heights by keeping the host bound and gagged throughout a celebrity-packed broadcast of what Damon called “Jimmy Kimmel Sucks.”

Everyone from Nicole Kidman and Demi Moore to Reese Witherspoon and Amy Adams took part in the anti-Kimmel festivities, with Robin Williams helping to deliver monologue jokes and Ben Affleck trying to sabotage things as a Kimmel-supporting cue card holder.

Damon also revealed the “origins” of his rivalry with Kimmel — the comedian’s long track record of coming up short while auditioning for every role Damon eventually got.

It all made for a very memorable show.

Matt Damon has “kidnapped” Jimmy Kimmel.

Ahead of the actor’s much-anticipated first full guest appearance on Kimmel’s show after years of back-and-forth mockery, the pair have released a video in which a crazed, vengeful Damon has taken the talk show host hostage.

It’s creepy and amusing and just a taste of what’s sure to be an unconventional Thursday broadcast.
