Better get used to Madonna’s gold grill.

The singer took to Instragram on Monday to announce that she’s keeping the dental design for the foreseeable future.

“The Grilzz  Are here to. Stay! So There! If you Don’t like don’t follow!” wrote Madge, alongside a photo of herself showing off her new smile (see right).

The music icon debuted her new look in Rome earlier this month.

Madonna is the latest singer to wear grills.

While visiting the Hard Candy Fitness club in Rome on Wednesday, Madonna flashed a set of gold grills.

She joins Rihanna, who has posed with a diamond grill and another shaped like a gun.

Madonna celebrated her 55th birthday in royal fashion.

The singer partied over the weekend at a bash inspired by Marie Antoinette, the controversial 18th-century Queen of France.

The pop queen dressed the part, sporting an elaborate wig and costume.
