Lucy Hale and Darren Criss will host the Teen Choice Awards 2013.

The announcement was officially made on Monday.

Hale tweeted, “Excited to announce I’ll be cohosting this yrs Teen Choice Awards w/ the talented & charming @DarrenCriss,” and posted the picture of the duo posing with the Teen Choice surfboard to Instagram (see at right).

The show airs on FOX on August 11.

Fans can vote once each day per category through August 10.

Lucy Hale Threatening to “Quit” Pretty Little Liars, Claims Magazine

Lucy Hale is threatening to quit “Pretty Little Liars,” claims Star.

The tabloid’s so-called “on-set insider” whispers, “Lucy’s furious that all the action is now centered around costar Shay Mitchell and has threatened to quit.”

“She can’t handle Shay being more important than her, so she’s simply stopped speaking to her,” adds the alleged Star source.

According to the magazine, Hale purportedly acted like a diva backstage at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto last month because she was upset that Mitchell, who’s Canadian, was getting more attention.

Star claims Hale’s “bad attitude” is becoming a problem.

“Lucy has a lot going for her, but she’s really starting to tick people off,” says the mag’s source.

But we have good news for “Pretty Little Liars” fans: Star is completely full of it.

There’s no bad blood between the actresses, and Hale is not threatening to quit.

A source close to the production tells Gossip Cop the report is “so not true.”
