Louis Tomlinson of One Direction SLAMS The Mirror Over ‘Immoral’ Story About Mom

Louis Tomlinson of One Direction has declared war on The Mirror after the news outlet published a story alleging his midwife mother broke up the marriage of a couple she helped deal with the death of a stillborn child.

The newspaper claims Johannah “Jay” Tomlinson (also known as Johannah Darling) met her fiancé Daniel Deakin as his wife Elaine’s pregnancy ended in tragedy back in 2011.

The Mirror is shaky on the timeline of Deakin’s subsequent parting with his wife and romance with Darling — evidence suggests they did not begin dating until after Deakin split from his wife — but goes after Jay as a callous home-wrecker who stole her patient’s husband.

Early Saturday, Louis Tomlinson lashed out at the tabloid.

I am appalled by what The Mirror has done to my family. It’s disgusting and immoral. #f*ckyouthemirror,” wrote the pop star.

He added, “As long as I am in One Direction we won’t be working with the mirror.”

Back in March, Tomlinson expressed his anger with The Mirror after the paper published an interview with his estranged biological father, Troy Austin, who left the family when the future boy bander was two years old.

On March 24, Tomlinson tweeted, “I’d like to start off the day by saying a big f*ck you to ‘the mirror’ 🙂 on a happier note huge love to all out fans, you keep us going!!

Louis Tomlinson Reacts to The Wanted Diss of One Direction: “So Frustrating”

Louis Tomlinson has more on his mind than One Direction’s upcoming world tour and new album, taking to Twitter to express his frustration after rival boy band The Wanted discussed the groups’ feud in a radio interview.

Earlier this week, The Wanted singer Jay McGuiness told an Australian morning show of the beef, “You hear comments in interviews, and they wind you up and vice versa… it’s kind of fake, and then also a few of the lads have wound me up personally.”

Bandmate Max George added, “I don’t mind a couple of them… I don’t mind Harry [Styles],” calling him a “top shagger” whose success with women he admires.

McGuiness said of Styles, “I think he’s retained manners and a bit of dignity, [but] some of them when they mouth off, it really gets under my skin.”

“Because it riles up loads of 14-year-old girls, [and] there’s no need for that,” said McGuiness.

On Saturday, Tomlinson seemed to respond, although he did not mention McGuiness or The Wanted by name.

The One Direction performer tweeted, “So frustrating when people talk the talk in the press but when it comes down to it not a word is said face to face!”

Of course, the on-and-off feud between the groups has erupted on social media in the past.

Stay tuned.

Louis Tomlinson Tells Tab “F**k You” For Story On Estranged Father

Truth rating: 10

Louis Tomlinson is not happy with the Daily Mirror.

On Sunday, the paper published an interview with the One Direction singer’s estranged father, Troy Austin, who told the outlet that he’s unsuccessfully trying to reconcile with his son.

Tomlinson was understandably upset about the tabloid exposing only one side of a very personal matter in his life.

After getting wind of the story, he tweeted, “I’d like to start off the day by saying a big f**k you to ‘the mirror’ :)”

Tomlinson added in the same tweet, “On a happier note huge love to all out fans, you keep us going!!”

Although it’s unlikely that his calling out the tab will change how the paper does things, it’s good to see celebrities fighting back against invasive tabloid journalism.
