Lea Michele Breaks Silence: Cory Monteith “Will Forever Be In My Heart” (PHOTO)

Lea Michele is breaking her silence on the tragic death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.

On Monday, the actress took to Twitter for the first time since her “Glee” co-star’s sudden passing on July 13 from an accidental overdose.

“Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support,” wrote Michele.

She added, along with a personal photo (see right and below), “Cory will forever be in my heart.”

Previously, Michele’s rep had asked for privacy “during this devastating time,” and later said she was “grieving alongside” Monteith’s family.

In an interview conducted just one month before the actor’s death, but released last week, Michele said Monteith had made her life “so incredible.”

She is expected to start filming the new season of “Glee” next month.
