Kim Zolciak is apparently not following doctor’s orders.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, who recently announced she’s pregnant with her fifth child, was photographed smoking a cigarette in Georgia on Thursday.

Kim Zolciak Confirms Pregnancy; Expecting Fifth Child – WATCH VIDEO!

Kim Zolciak has now confirmed what was reported by multiple outlets earlier in June: She’s pregnant once again.

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum is expecting her third baby with husband Kroy Biermann, who has also adopted her two eldest daughters from prior relationships.

Her youngest child, son Kash, was born less than a year ago.

The moment when Zolciak and Biermann found out they were expecting was shown on Tuesday’s “Don’t Be Tardy” finale.

The expectant mother praised the NFL player’s “athlete sperm,” but told her husband, “This is it though, buddy.”
