Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry Joke About Getting “High” at EMAs in Amsterdam

Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry are to set party it up at the MTV EMAs in Amsterdam on Sunday, but will they also be taking advantage of the city’s lax rules on marijuana?

That’s a definite “maybe.”

Perry tweeted on Sunday, hours before the awards show, “For tonight’s performance of UNCONDITIONALLY on @mtvema I will be letting the LIGHT in & then making you SHINE! #dontneedtobehighforthis”

“@katyperry @mtvema but you may want to be ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥,” replied Cyrus, who is also slated to perform.

Perry quipped back, “@MileyCyrus #afterparty.”

In September, Cyrus spoke on “Alan Carr: Chatty Man” about indulging in a certain substance at an Amsterdam coffee shop.

John Mayer Refused To Duet On Katy Perry Song, Says Tabloid

“Katy Perry and John Mayer are butting heads so hard over ‘creative differences’ they actually stopped talking for a while — and pals feared they were about to split again,” begins a breathless piece from the National Enquirer.

According to a so-called “source” for the magazine, “Katy had done a duet with John for his last album, but when she asked him to return the favor for her next single, John balked when she wanted him to warble on one of her bubbly pop songs.”

STOP.

“Warble”? “Bubbly pop songs”?

That’s not a “source” — that’s the distinct voice of the National Enquirer.

Anyway, this made up “insider,” who was apparently present for the couple’s supposed fight, goes on to allege that Mayer complained, “You know that’s not my style of music,” to which Perry “pouted,” “I did it for you.”

Yup… that never happened.

Gossip Cop checked in with a close Mayer source, who tells us the magazine’s story is simply “not true.”

Oh, and if that’s not enough, Mayer recently opened up about the pair’s collaboration at the Oxford Union (video below), and everything he says goes against the Enquirer report.

Katy Perry and Niall Horan Fake ‘Engaged’ After Cute Twitter Proposal (PHOTOS)

Niall Horan and Katy Perry jokingly got “engaged” when One Direction met up with the “Roar” singer in Tokyo on Friday.

“She said yes ! It’s happening! Haha,” tweeted Horan, posting a picture of him and Perry getting cozy (see right).

Last month, the One Directioner had tweeted the pop star a marriage proposal, writing, “I love you @katyperry! Thank you! Ps . Will u marry me?”

That love was present on Friday, when Horan tweeted, ”Today was so fun at music station in Tokyo! Had such a laugh with the lads and @katyperry! Love that girl!”

“Me and my groomsmen and my lovely wife hahahaha” joked the boy bander, along with a shot of the whole group with Perry (see below).

Perry seemed to have a good time, too.

“Today could not be a better day! I get to hang with @pamyurin & @onedirection on MUSIC STATION in TOKYO!” she wrote.
