Jon Gosselin Pulls Gun on Photographer and Allegedly Fires Warning Shot: Report

Jon Gosselin allegedly pulled a gun on a paparazzi photographer and fired a warning shot after she followed him home on Friday in Pennsylvania.

The former reality TV star is said to have become enraged after the camerawoman trailed him when Gosselin left his waiter job and drove back to his cabin residence.

When the photographer began taking pictures, Gosselin yelled at her for trespassing and then took a handgun from his pants and discharged a warning shot, according to TMZ.

Gosselin chased the intruder back to the main road.

There were no reported injuries, although the woman allegedly plans to file a police report concerning the incident.

Kate Gosselin Sues Jon, Claims Ex-Husband Hacked Her Phone and Computer

Kate Gosselin has sued ex-husband Jon Gosselin, accusing him of stealing her hard drive and hacking into her computer and phone to write a tell-all book.

According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Philadelphia on Monday, Kate alleges that Jon illegally obtained material for “Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World,” which has been pulled from Amazon.

The book was written by Jon Gosselin’s friend Robert Hoffman, whom Kate Gosselin claims received information that her ex stole from her.

The couple split in 2009 after rising to fame on “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” a reality show about the Gosselins raising twins and a set of sextuplets.

Kate Gosselin Defends “Racist” Photo: “I Have Eight Biracial Children”

Kate Gosselin is now embroiled in a controversy after a photo of her pulling back the skin around her eyes while wearing a black plastic wig emerged on Twitter on Sunday, prompting many to view it as racist towards Asians.

On Tuesday, Gosselin defended the photo on her website, noting it was taken during her marriage to now ex-husband Jon Gosselin, and that it was a “happy time for me and Jon, smiling and ‘goofing off’ together.”

According to Gosselin, after receiving a “plastic Asian dress up wig” from a fan, she and Jon took turns trying it on and posing, allowing Kate to “‘be Asian’ like the rest of my family.”

“Naturally,” added Gosselin on her site, “I ‘slanted’ my eyes to show [Jon] my best Asian impression, which made him smile.”

As for allegations of racism, the reality mom stated, “I married an Asian. I have eight biracial children therefore I’m quite certain that I’m the last person that could be called a racist.”
