Kanye West spent a good part of last week feuding day after day on Twitter with Jimmy Kimmel after the talk show host spoofed a recent interview the rapper did with BBC Radio 1.

But now all traces of the fight — from West’s side — have been deleted on Twitter.

The Grammy winner was initially pissed off enough about the spoof to call Kimmel in his office, but the conversation didn’t go as planned and West took to Twitter to blast the comedian as a “manipulative media mother**ker.”

Kimmel then used his show to mock West again, going on to read off all his tweets and joke about each one.

The feud continued to escalate between the two men for the better part of last week, and Kimmel jokingly exclaimed, “Finally, I’m in a rap feud.”

And while Kimmel quipped that “right now we’re at DefKanye Five” — and his Twitter feed still contains the back and forth with the musician — West seems to have erased all his angry tweets.

No word yet as to why West scrubbed his Twitter clean.

What do you think about West erasing his tweets directed at Kimmel?

Jimmy Kimmel Challenges Kanye West To Rap Battle

Truth rating: 10

3:40 pm, September 27th, 2013

Jimmy Kimmel is responding to Kanye Wests latest onslaught with another dose of humor.

After West went on a second Twitter rant about comedian’s spoof of his BBC interview on Friday, Kimmel tweeted at the performer, “I challenge you to a rap battle @kanyewest #Iplaytheclarinet.”

Clearly, the “Late Night” host has no intention of apologizing for his parody of West, as the rapper demanded he do during a heated phone conversation on Thursday night.

Instead, Kimmel is just milking the feud for all the comedy value it’s worth.

Do you think West should just drop it, or do you think Kimmel was in the wrong?

Kanye West Renews Jimmy Kimmel Attack, Cites Critic Who Says Host Is “EVIL Guy Trying To Keep People in a Box”

Truth rating: 10

Kanye West renewed his attack on Jimmy Kimmel on Friday, saying the effect of the comedian’s parody of him is to “keep people in a box and not want more out of themselves.”

The rapper, who blasted Kimmel on Twitter after the late-night host spoofed his BBC Radio 1 interview, took to the social media platform again to explain why he finds Kimmel parody so offensive.

West first tweeted a link to a Slate article calling Kimmel’s sketch “ignorant and stupid, and then cited the words of Jibril Durimel, a fashion and brand consultant, in a series of tweets further outlining his problem with the segment.

The star quotes Durimel as saying, “Finally someone speaks some inspirational and real words that haven’t been exposed in a while and [Jimmy Kimmel] comes out with this.”

He continues, “It’s simple, mediocre dreamers think this is humorous but all Kanye is pretty much saying in the interview is to dream to be the best… But then he’s made out to be ridiculous for wanting to be at an even higher level of self confidence.”

West further quotes Durimel as saying, “If more people actually listened [to West’s interview]… they’d grow wiser.

He continues, “Jimmy K. is the EVIL guy trying to keep people in a box and not want more out of themselves. He does this by making fun of real dreamers.

West then retweeted music industry power broker Irving Azoff, who wrote, “@JimmyKimmel your low blow comment was uncalled for and shows that you still don’t understand the big time.”

What do you think of West’s latest response to Kimmel?
