He then talked about how he controversially said during his Oscars acceptance speech that his marriage to Jennifer Garner “is work.”

Affleck then invited his wife onstage to explain that that’s simply ”a way that we talk.”

After saying she was “not sure why you needed to share it with a billion people,” Garner noted she felt Affleck should’ve said, “Our marriage is a gift.”

Garner then added that, of course, she’s the one “who does all the work.”

And there’s more.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Wanted For Reality Show?

Truth rating: 0

11:05 am, May 10th, 2013

(Getty Images)

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are “being chased” for a new reality series, reports the National Enquirer, which doesn’t have the best concept of reality.

The mag claims a supposed Hollywood producer has “big plans to convince the Oscar-winning actor/director and his beautiful wife to do a blockbuster reality show.”

Getting an Oscar winner to do a reality show? Now that’s a realistic goal.

Anyway, the tab says this so-called producer “aims to show how an A-list celebrity couple handles the trials and tribulations of life in the showbiz fast lane.”

What a pitch!

The producer also allegedly “wants to reveal the secrets behind Ben and Jen’s eight-year marriage.”

Again, very realistic goal.

A purported “insider” for the rag shares, “It would be great for them to open up about their lives. It would help people understand why Ben said ‘marriage is hard work’ in his Oscar acceptance speech this year.”

Oh, please.

Of course, the Enquirer doesn’t reveal the identity of this so-called producer — because he doesn’t exist.

An Affleck and Garner reality show is NEVER going to happen, and no respected producer in Hollywood would even think of trying to pitch this supposed project.

A Garner source tells Gossip Cop the tab’s story is totally made up, calling the reality series claim “silly.”

Jennifer Garner “Worried Sick” Ben Affleck Will “Cheat On Her,” Claims Mag

Truth rating: 0

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are “dealing with major trust issues,” reports Star, whose reporting is not always trustworthy.

The tabloid, which has previously claimed the couple was having issues due to the actor’s supposed tanning addiction, now says Garner is “worried sick” that Affleck will “cheat on her!”

A purported “insider” tells the mag, “Jen really doesn’t trust Ben. She’s going to Cleveland for two weeks this month to begin shooting a new film.”

“While she’s away, she’s pulling the kids out of school in Brentwood to be on set with her — and she’s worried about Ben being by himself,” alleges the supposed snitch.

Um, if Garner is so fearful of him being alone, then why would she take the children out of school in the first place?

Anyway, Star goes on to say that the actress is also nervous about her husband straying because “Ben is once again throwing himself into his work.”

The so-called “source” reveals, “Jen has decided to do fewer movies to make sure the marriage works.”

Uh, didn’t this same “insider” just say that Garner is flying to Cleveland to film a new movie this month?

It seems like this purported spy is having a bit of trouble keeping all the lies straight.

In any case, Gossip Cop checked in with a Garner friend, who tells us the mag’s entire story is FALSE, calling the piece “silly.”
