Jamie Lynn Spears turned 22 on Thursday, and marked the occasion with an unexpected Twitter post — an old picture with big sister Britney and Britney’s then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

She wrote, “@jtimberlake Weird hearing ur music as an Adult. Ha. Not only do I appreciate it. I GET it. #jay #crymeariver #mirror.”
Fans were puzzled by the message, as Timberlake’s “Cry Me A River” happens to be about his breakup with Britney.
The younger Spears deleted the original tweet, and clarified, “I hope you all know that my tweets are only to support my sister @britneyspears – anything left over was to @jtimberlake #sisterlove #4eva.”
Neither Britney nor Timberlake commented on Jamie Lynn’s tweets, although the elder Spears did write, “Happy 22nd Birthday to my beautiful baby sister @jamielynnspears! Love u & miss u already!”

Britney Spears says she’s “so excited” her sister Jamie Lynn is set to wed.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Jamie Lynn is engaged to longtime boyfriend James Watson, who popped the question with a massive diamond sparkler.
And though Britney’ own engagement to Jason Trawick ended in January, it seems she couldn’t be happier that her little sister will soon walk down the aisle.
“So excited and happy for my sister,” Britney tweeted. ”Congrats @jamielynnspears – love you.”
