James Gandolfini is remembered in a touching video tribute posted to YouTube on Thursday.

The montage captures the “Sopranos” star’s greatest onscreen moments in range of movie and television roles over the years, including scenes from “The Sopranos,” True Romance, Where the Wild Things Are and more.

VIDEO BELOW

Gandolfini died of a possible heart attack while on vacation in Rome on Wednesday.

His sudden death has rocked Hollywood.

John Travolta Mourns James Gandolfini on GMA: He Stayed With Me After Jett’s Death

John Travolta appeared on Thursday’s “Good Morning America,” where he spoke fondly of James Gandolfini, “The Sopranos” star whose death rocked Hollywood on Wednesday and whose friendship meant everything to Travolta.

When the actor endured his own tragedy in 2009 — the death of son Jett — Gandolfini stayed with Travolta to help him through the painful time.

“James went out of his way to come to Florida, and he would not leave Florida until I was OK, or he felt that I would be fine,” recalled Travolta, who went on to describe his late pal as a “people person first and then everything else.”

James Gandolfini’s Former New York Neighbors Mourn Actor’s Death (PHOTO)

James Gandolfinis former New York neighbors are mourning the actor’s death.

A note was posted inside the Tribeca building where the “Sopranos” star once lived on Wednesday, notifying residents of the actor’s passing.

The notice reads, “Dear Neighbors, it is with great sadness and inconsolable pain that I share with you the devastating news of passing of our great friend, neighbor, a fantastic, generous person, James Gandolfini. May God bless his soul. Our prayers are with him.”

The New York Times reports that Gandolfini visited the Greenwich Street building as recently as last week, just to say hello.

The paper spoke to the doorman of the residence, who praised the actor’s generosity and revealed he once offered to pay for one of the building employee’s to go to college.

Gandolfini died of a possible heart attack while vacationing in Rome on Wednesday.
