Hugh Jackman had a hairy encounter with a stalker at his New York gym on Saturday.
The X-Men star was working out at the West Village fitness center when all of a sudden, a deranged female fan busted past the front desk and threw an electric razor reportedly filled with pubic hair at the movie star.
The woman, identified by police as 47-year-old Kathleen Thurston, was crying and declaring her love for Jackman.
She was promptly arrested upon leaving the gym, and was later arraigned at Manhattan Criminal Court.
Thurston told detectives she didn’t like Jackman’s beard and wanted to shave off his facial hair.
Jackman has reportedly seen the woman before outside of his daughter’s New York school.
The movie star told reporters he hopes she “gets the help she needs.”
