Jennifer Lopez was in the audience on Sunday when her ex-fiancé Ben Affleck won a Golden Globe, a moment the singer says was far from “awkward” for her.

“It was nice to see him have that moment. I was really happy for him,” Lopez says on Wednesday’s “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

The performer adds, “They were really hard on us in the press when we dated back in the day. On movies and things like that. So it was a nice moment.”

And Lopez not only says she watched Affleck’s film Argo (“It was a great movie,”), but she also reveals to DeGeneres that she sees him and fellow ex Diddy (who was also in attendance) “a lot.”

“We’re in the same business,” she explains. ”We run in the same circles.”

Lopez also opens up about leaving “American Idol,” and what it was like going on tour with boyfriend Casper Smart.

VIDEO: Quentin Tarantino Uses “N-Word” During Golden Globes Defense Of Django

As Gossip Cop reported from backstage at the Golden Globes on Sunday, Quentin Tarantino used the N-word while speaking to the press about the loaded term’s controversial use in Django Unchained, for which he won Best Original Screenplay.

There’s now video (below) of the moment, which occurred after a reporter asked the writer-director about the racial epithet.

“If somebody is out there actually saying when it comes to the word n**ger, [that] I was using it in the movie more than it was used back in the antebellum South, in Mississippi, in 1858… then feel free to make that case [against its use in the film],” said Tarantino. “But no one’s actually making that case.”

Tarantino explained that not using the N-word would be to “lie” and “whitewash” the history of the era captured in Django Unchained.

Julianne Hough Splits Golden Globes Dress Wide Open at After-Party (PHOTOS)

Julianne Hough tore up it up literally on the dance floor after attending the Golden Globes.

Dressed in a tight Jenny Packham dress (right), Hough split her gown wide open while dancing at an after-party.

After the mishap, the actress-dancer took to Instagram to show how her dress tore in two places, and to write, “think I may have danced too hard…. Eeek!!!!”

“I love to dance regardless of how expensive a dress may be… You can’t hold me down!!!” added Hough.

She seems to have taken it all in good spirit.
