Fifth Harmony returned to the “X Factor” stage on Thursday’s results show, performing “Me and My Girls.”

The girl group placed third last season after being formed by Simon Cowell from individual contestants.

Next year they’ll stay within the “X Factor” family, going on tour with judge Demi Lovato.

And The X Factor Winner Is…

The “X Factor” named its second-ever winner on Thursday’s big finale.

After Fifth Harmony placed in third, it came down to Carly Rose Sonenclar and Tate Stevens.

So, which singer was awarded the $5 million recording contract?

Stevens won it all!

The victory marks the first win for two-time mentor L.A. Reid, who will not be returning next season.

Demi Lovato Performs With Fifth Harmony on X Factor (VIDEO)

Demi Lovato went from judge to contestant on Wednesday’s “X Factor” when she performed with finalists Fifth Harmony.

The girl group, which sang two of Lovato’s hits earlier in the competition, joined the pop star for “Give Your Heart a Break” and earned a standing ovation.

“It was so much fun,” Lovato said of performing with the Fifth girls.

And the act’s mentor, Simon Cowell, was blown away.

“Demi Lovato, you were sensational,” he said. ”That is what I call pop perfection, what just happened.”
