Eminem and Ex-Wife Kim Mathers NOT Getting Back Together, Despite Report

Eminem is NOT reconciling with ex-wife Kim Mathers, despite a sensationalized story from RadarOnline.

On Wednesday, the webloid quoted the rapper’s former mother-in-law as saying, “They get along better than ever,” and speculating that “they might” get back together soon.

RadarOnline further cited another relative, who said, “I think your first love, they’re always going to have that tumultuous back and forth thing going — always. They’ve been in love since they were 14 or 15 and that’s not going to stop anytime soon.”

But while Eminem and Mathers — who married and divorced twice and share custody — remain in each other’s lives, they are NOT resuming a romantic relationship.

A rep for the music icon dismissed the speculative report, stressing, “Marshall and Kim continue to maintain a great friendship and share in the parenting of their family.”

In 2010, RadarOnline’s sister publication Star claimed the pair was back together and expecting a baby.

We’re still waiting.

Perez Hilton Fooled By Old Taylor Swift Clip Of Her Performing Eminem Cover

“Move over Thomas Edison, because Taylor Swift may have just invented the greatest invention ever: country rap!” exclaims Perez Hilton.

According to the blogger, “While she was recently on The Danger Show on Froggy Radio in Pittsburgh, Taylor did not miss her chance to perform Eminem’s Lose Yourself!”

He adds, “And while this opportunity probably will come once in a lifetime (we’re not sure if TayTay will cover Marshall Mathers again), Tay knocked it out of the park!”

Actually, it was practically a “lifetime” ago that Swift did the Eminem cover.

Despite Perez’s claim that “she was recently on The Danger Show,” in reality, Swift performed the song on the radio show back in 2006 — when she was 16!

Oops.

When Perez is done wiping the egg off his face, Gossip Cop would like him to make us omelets.

Eminem First Artist Since The Beatles in 1964 With Four Top 20 Hits at Same Time

Eminem has become the first artist since The Beatles in 1964 to have four simultaneous songs in the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100.

“The Monster,” the rapper’s track with Rihanna, has debuted at #3 on the chart, where it joins “Berzerk” (#15), “Survival” (#16) and “Rap God” (#17).

Incredibly, no act has accomplished the feat since The Beatles had six songs in the Top 20 for two weeks in April 1964.

In recent years, artists including 50 Cent, Lil Wayne and Ludacris have been “featured” on that many Top 20 hits at once, but never as the lead performer on all of them.

His new album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is expected to debut at #1 on next week’s Billboard 200.

Lorde occupies the Hot 100 top spot for a sixth consecutive week with “Royals.”
