Selena Gomez and Ed Sheeran are hooking up, claims Us Weekly.
The magazine says Sheeran’s touring pal Taylor Swift was “responsible for the romantic introduction” over Memorial Day Weekend.
Us Weekly says Sheeran’s “maturity” compared to Justin Bieber was the source of Gomez’s “attraction.”
“She got sick of having to take care of Justin like he was her child,” explains a so-called “source” for the outlet. “This is a nice escape from the drama.”
But don’t get too caught up in reports about sparks between Gomez and Sheeran.
A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the two performers are “friends” who met through Swift — and they’ve all been hanging out together.
We’re told the romance speculation has been exaggerated.
