Diddy Joining the Cast of Downton Abbey?

Is Diddy joining the cast of the BBC period drama “Downton Abbey”?

On Wednesday, the mogul tweeted, “I have to admit that Downton Abbey is one of my favorite shows- and thats why Im so excited today @DowntonAbbey”.

He later followed that message by writing on Twitter, “MY BIG NEWS: So happy to announce that Im a series regular on DOWNTON ABBEY-my favorite show+i’ll be debuting a sneak peek tonight 12am PST!”

A number of news outlets and blogs fell for it, but it’s “not true,” a spokesperson for the show tells Gossip Cop, reiterating, “He is not joining the cast of ‘Downton Abbey.’”

It’s unclear why Diddy — who also changed his Twitter background to the logo of “Downton Abbey” — claimed he’ll be on the show.

Gossip Cop will get to the bottom of this.

Danity Kane Reuniting Without Diddy?

Danity Kane is reportedly reuniting — without Diddy.

The girl group, which was formed by Diddy in 2005 on “Making the Band 3,” is currently planning a reunion tour and album, according to TMZ.

Four of the five group members – Aubrey O’Day , Shannon Bex, Dawn Richard and Aundrea Fimbres — were spotted having lunch with their new manager in Los Angeles on Monday.

When the site’s photographers asked if Diddy was going to be involved in their reported reunion, O’Day responded, “Who’s that?”

Diddy signed the band to Bad Boy Records after “Making the Band,” but dropped them in 2009.

The group is perhaps most famous for the hit single ”Damaged.”

Kate Upton and Diddy Spotted “Sucking Face” at Miami Club?

“Kate Upton and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs are hot and heavy,” reports the New York Daily News, which claims the Sports Illustrated model and rapper were spotted “sucking face” at Miami Beach’s LIV night club on March 24.

According to a purported “eyewitness” for the tabloid, “They were kissing, they weren’t hiding it.”

The paper says Upton and Diddy “stayed together” in the club’s VIP section, “partying late into the night.”

The New York Daily News adds that after this alleged “hot hookup,” the pair ”met up again in New York, sharing an intimate dinner together at Gemma in the Bowery Hotel.”

Huh.

If this alleged tryst occurred more than two weeks ago, why are we just hearing about it now?

Because it NEVER happened.

Upton slammed the report on Twitter on Wednesday, saying the story was “not true at all.”
