Josh Brolin and Diane Lane’s divorce is reportedly official.

The Hollywood couple’s divorce documents, indicating a private financial agreement, were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on November 27, according to TMZ.

Brolin and Lane wed in 2004 and announced their intention to split earlier this year.

They have no children together.

Lane cites “irreconcilable differences” in the divorce filing.

She will not be seeking spousal support.

The documents show that the actress has taken her old name, after being legally called “Diane Lane Brolin” during the marriage.

Brolin recently entered rehab for substance abuse.

Diane Lane to Play Hillary Clinton on NBC

Diane Lane will play Hillary Clinton in a four-hour NBC miniseries, it was announced on Saturday.

The news came at the Television Critics Association’s summer press tour, with the network also revealing plans for an updated Rosemary’s Baby and a new adaptation of Stephen King’s “The Tommyknockers.”

No one has been cast to play Bill Clinton opposite Lane in the biopic about the former First Lady, U.S. Secretary of State, and presidential candidate.

Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are getting divorced after more than eight years of marriage.

Reps for the actors confirm the split to Gossip Cop, telling us, ”Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage. It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over.”

The couple wed in August 2004.

They have no children together.

It marks a second divorce for both stars.

Lane was previously married to Christopher Lambert, while Brolin has two children with ex-wife Alice Adair.
