Brooke Mueller’s Brother Scott Wins Guardianship of Charlie Sheen Kids

Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott has won temporary guardianship of her four-year-old twins with Charlie Sheen, reports TMZ.

The previous temporary guardian, Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards, indicated this week that Bob and Max were too violent and out of control for her to handle.

Now the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has reportedly made the boys’ uncle Scott their guardian.

Sheen ripped Brooke Mueller — and the “inept” department — on Twitter this week, calling her an “evil and pathetic… loser whore” as their long-running fight over Bob and Max intensified.

Charlie Sheen’s Sons Taken Away From Brooke Mueller, Given to Denise Richards

Charlie Sheen’s 4-year-old twin boys were removed from their mother Brooke Mueller’s L.A. home late Thursday when Children and Family Services officials determined that the residence was an “unsafe environment” for kids.

Authorities reportedly came to the house with a warrant and left with Bob and Max, whom Sheen and Mueller had in 2009 while still married.

Denise Richards, Sheen’s previous ex-wife and the mother of his daughters Sam and Lola, reportedly now has the boys in her care.

No official reason has been given for the action, although Mueller has battled drug abuse for years.

A court hearing has reportedly been scheduled for next week.

Charlie Sheen: Please Send “Dog Sh*t” to School Where My Daughter Was Bullied

Charlie Sheen is calling on his fans to retaliate… against a Los Angeles elementary school.

In a lengthy Twitter post on Wednesday, the actor urged followers to send a “rotted egg, a roll of toilet paper or some dog sh*t” to L.A.’s Viewpoint School because his daughter Sam (photo, far left) was allegedly “bullied out of” the institution and then “called a liar.”

Sheen says the school, attended by his nine-year-old daughter with Denise Richards, is “run by trolls and charlatans.”

He writes, “We will not tolerate this level of abhorrent disrespect towards the child of your favorite Warlock,” adding, “And if your feeling the ‘show and tell’ of it all, smear the sh*t to spell one name on the front door; VICTORIA.”

“Eat that loser,” snipes Sheen.
