New footage shows the woman who accused Chris Brown of assaulting her at a club last weekend walking on the leg he supposedly injured — just minutes after the alleged incident.

Deanna Gordon — alternately identified as Deanna Gines — is upset but very much mobile in the video, taken outside the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California early Sunday morning.

As Gossip Cop has reported, Brown himself took the rare step of publicly slamming the woman’s allegations, and eyewitness accounts from inside the club and from the venue’s owner cast serious doubt on Gordon’s version of events.

In the video below, obtained by TMZ, she’s seen leaving the club and putting weight on her right knee — whose ligaments she alleged Brown tore — while limping on her left leg, which the site alleges was a result of her own drunken stumbling down stairs.

Chris Brown Assault Claim Is “FALSE,” Says Club Owner – SEE STATEMENT HERE

Truth rating: 10

9:03 pm, June 24th, 2013

(GettyImages.com)

Chris Brown is innocent, at least according to the owner of the night club where a woman claims the singer assaulted her.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, a woman named Deanna Gordon has accused Brown of shoving her to the ground — and causing torn ligaments in her knee — while at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim on Saturday night.

Brown has insisted no incident took place, and witnesses told Gossip Cop that Gordon actually injured herself after unsuccessfully trying to get close to the performer all night.

Now, in a statement, Heat’s Mike Joher tells us, “Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false.”

Joher adds:

We know that the claimant was trying to jump on stage and security was doing their job by keeping people away from Chris. There was no way that he could have touched her, his section was roped off and he had heavy security surrounding him. Witnesses state that the she was persistently trying to rush Chris. She was eventually removed from the club.

While security was escorting her off the premises, she took off her shoes and threw them at our security. In addition, she continued to cause problems with mall security in the common area and parking lot. This type of behavior is not tolerated and is frowned upon. Our last resort was to contact police and have her arrested. However, we allowed her to leave with the people which accompanied her.

HEAT staff and security did what they had to, in order to ensure public safety and the safety of the artist. We have no reason to believe the allegations against Chris. He was a complete gentleman and remained professional throughout the entire night. Neither I, nor any of the witnesses we spoke to, saw him push or touch anybody. It is unfortunate that this matter has become an issue. These false allegations are tarnishing the venues reputation and is causing unnecessary problems for Chris Brown. HEAT will pursue legal ramifications for slandering our name and the artist. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you.

Gossip Cop will have updates.

Chris Brown Alleged Assault: New Details Emerge From Witnesses Supporting Singer

7:20 pm, June 24th, 2013

(Getty Images)

New details are emerging about Chris Brown and Deanna Gordon, the woman who has accused the singer of assaulting her at Heat Ultra Lounge on Saturday.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Gordon filed a police report on Sunday alleging Brown shoved her to the ground, causing torn ligaments in her knee.

Brown strongly defended himself on Twitter Monday afternoon, insisting that he “didn’t do anything” and that he had a “positive” night at the Anaheim establishment.

Now some eyewitness accounts seem to support that.

Sources inside the club tell us Gordon “spent all night trying to get on stage” during Brown’s performance, and also tried to enter his VIP area, with security attempting to keep her safely away.

We’re told it wasn’t until after Brown had already left the venue — with security escorting him, as often done with celebrities — that she began claiming the Grammy winner had “pushed her down the stairs.”

Witnesses on the scene, however, including those not part of Brown’s group, claim Gordon actually “tripped and fell on a table, hitting her back on a chair” after Brown had already left the building.

Security footage from the club is currently under review, and should shed more light on what exactly did or didn’t take place.

Gossip Cop will have updates.
