WATCH: Ciara Served With Lawsuit WHILE Performing at L.A. Pride Festival

Ciara got served with legal papers while performing at the L.A. Pride Festival on Saturday.

The singer was mid-song when a seemingly ordinary concertgoer handed over a piece of paper. After glancing at it, Ciara handed it right back.

“She got served!” announced the smiling woman after leaving the paper on the stage and walking out of the crowd.

The lawsuit stems from a dispute with Factory, a Los Angeles night club, which claims the performer bailed on her scheduled Friday night performance.

Ciara’s team says she gave the venue notice she’d be unable perform — due to her commitment to L.A. Pride — before the plans were even finalized, and alleges the venue kept promoting the appearance anyway.

Ciara Slams Rihanna: “She’s Nuts Right Now” (VIDEO)

Ciara reignited her feud with Rihanna during an interview with Wild 94.9 radio, telling the host, “She’s nuts right now.”

As you’ll recall, the stars clashed in 2011 when Ciara said she ran into Rihanna at a party and she “wasn’t the nicest.”

The “Diamonds” singer hit back on Twitter, writing, “My bad Ci, did I forget to tip you?”

Ciara was asked about the rivalry during Monday’s appearance, telling the host, “I don’t have beef with anybody, but I’m not going to be disrespected either. I wish her well.”

The “Work” singer added, “I don’t know what her problem is. I think she’s nuts right now. Like, whatever’s going on, because for me, it doesn’t make any sense.”

It’s not clear whether Ciara was referring to Rihanna’s rekindled relationship with Chris Brown, or another aspect of the pop star’s life.
