Christina Applegate’s husband Martyn LeNoble was detained by police after allegedly getting physical with a paparazzi photographer in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The Porno for Pyros musician was patted down by cops — but not arrested — after an altercation with the cameraman, whom LeNoble says tried to shoot pictures of Applegate and their two-year-old daughter at a birthday party.

LeNoble claims the paparazzo threatened him and challenged him to fight, instigating the physical contact.

The photographer is not expected to press charges against LeNoble, although the rocker might pursue legal action against him.

Applegate has blasted paparazzi in the past for their “sick” pursuit of celebrities’ children.

Christina Applegate is married!

The Anchorman actress wed her longtime boyfriend Martyn LeNoble at her Los Angeles home on Saturday, a rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

Applegate and her beau, a founding member of the band Porno for Pyros, got engaged on Valentine’s Day in 2010.

They are parents to a two-year-old daughter named Sadie.

This is the second marriage for Applegate, who split from actor Johnathon Schaech in 2007.
