Casper Smart Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez has “ended her two-year romance” with Casper Smart, according to Star, echoing a bogus story from sister outlet RadarOnline.

According to the tabloid, Lopez and Smart had a “blowout fight” earlier this month.

“She threw him out,” a so-called “pal” tells Star. “She didn’t get her way about something and blamed him. She wouldn’t let him take any of his belongings, saying, ‘You came with nothing; you will leave with nothing.’”

Wow, sounds really dramatic.

Like the time Star claimed they’d been fighting about his mom, or the time Star said they’d gone to war over a prenup, or the time Star alleged she’d given him a curfew.

Oh, right!

Star made up all of those things!

The magazine also said Lopez was undergoing in vitro fertilization treatments, planned a “staged engagement” with Smart, and ran a cover story more than a year and a half ago claiming they’d gotten secretly married in Mexico.

Star made up all of those things, too!

That’s because Star magazine has no clue at all what’s actually going on with Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart.

The tabloid’s sources are failures.

Gossip Cop’s source, who’s been right all of these times, tells us the latest Star story is “not true.”

Casper Smart Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are “headed for a breakup,” according to RadarOnline, which published false claims that Smart is gay and has frequently spread totally phony rumors about Lopez.

The outlet now alleges that Lopez and Smart “had a mini-split this summer,” and that his absence from the red carpet at a Human Rights Campaign event on October 5 is evidence that the couple is in trouble.

“Although he did attend the awards, Smart was not photographed on the red carpet with Lopez,” explains RadarOnline, which “has learned that a picture — or a lack thereof, in this case — is worth a thousand words.”

A so-called “source” tells the webloid, “Jennifer is pretty private about the relationship, but she’s been hinting that the spark is gone. She’s having a hard time ignoring the fact that her head has been telling her for a while that this thing with Casper sin’t forever. And now her heart’s saying the same thing.”

“They’ve obviously in very different places in their lives, and Jennifer wants to take responsibility for her life and not repeat the same mistakes she has made in the past,” adds the RadarOnline source.

The outlet’s tipster continues, “She enjoyed the relationship for what it is, but now that giddiness has turned to sadness.”

Ah, but RadarOnline gives itself a convenient out.

According to the blog, for Lopez “breaking up with her back-up dancer boy toy is easier said than done,” which is why the singer has “tried to end their relationship several times, most recently in June” — only for them to remain together.

That’s why the supposed “mini-split” never took hold, and, we imagine, how RadarOnline is going to explain it when Smart and Lopez are next photographed — together and happy.

An actual source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the report is “absolutely false.”
