Charlie Sheen is (kind of) in the Christmas spirit — but he’s pissed off he has no one to spend it with.

After a fall spent warring with ex-wife Brooke Mueller and sparring with other ex-wife Denise Richards over holiday plans the past week, the TV star took to Twitter on Christmas Eve to blast both women.

Posting a pic of a table in his home adorned with photos, Sheen wrote:

get to my children
on Xmas?
Except CJ,
her mom is an angel!

go phuk urse elves
c

CJ is Sheen’s eldest child, Cassandra, his daughter with his former high school girl Paula Speert, and DCFS refers to the Department of Child and Family Services with which he has clashed numerous times this year.

As Gossip Cop has reported, the “Anger Management” star claims he’s been excluded from a Christmas vacation with Richards and their daughters, and hasn’t even been allowed to exchange gifts with them.

Richards, however, has disputed his allegations, tweeting to the actor directly on Monday that he is welcome to join them, and begging him to stop his public ranting for the sake of their children.

Sheen also posted a photo of his home decorated for the holiday and lamented that there are “no kids” to celebrate with.

Charlie Sheen Violates Gag Order, Threatens Judge “Anus-Brain” in Rant About Protecting Kids From Brooke Mueller

Charlie Sheen unloaded on the judge in his custody case — despite a gag order against him — in a fiery Twitter rant about his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and his concern for the well being of their young sons Bob and Max.

As Gossip Cop reported, Brooke’s brother Scott won temporary guardianship of the four-year-old twins on Friday, and plans to move into his sister’s home.

The development means that Brooke Mueller, despite not having full custody rights, will effectively have Bob and Max with her full-time — despite allegations by Sheen and Denise Richards that the boys have become violent and out of control in her household.

An enraged Sheen took to Twitter overnight to express his disgust.

“So lemme see if I got this straight. My twin boys are now in harms way and in grave danger. Being ‘raised’ by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an adderol snorting husk called Brooke,” wrote the “Anger Management” star.

Sheen then took aim at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services and the judge responsible for the decision.

He tweeted, “And guess what CPS and ‘I’m Italian’ judge anus-brain, you may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will know get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father. Tag – I’m it.”

The actor wasn’t done.

“And if this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, then go for it. I have as many friends on the inside as i do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. You are all now standing in my way. I’d recommend a shift in your geography.”

Brooke Mueller’s Brother Scott Wins Guardianship of Charlie Sheen Kids

Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott has won temporary guardianship of her four-year-old twins with Charlie Sheen, reports TMZ.

The previous temporary guardian, Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards, indicated this week that Bob and Max were too violent and out of control for her to handle.

Now the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has reportedly made the boys’ uncle Scott their guardian.

Sheen ripped Brooke Mueller — and the “inept” department — on Twitter this week, calling her an “evil and pathetic… loser whore” as their long-running fight over Bob and Max intensified.
