CLAIM: Jennifer Lawrence “Jealous Of Bradley Cooper’s New Girlfriend”

“All is not well between Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper on the set of their new film, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned jealousy is to blame,” writes the webloid.

According to RadarOnline, the co-stars “aren’t seeing eye-to-eye about the Hangover star’s new girlfriend, Suki Waterhouse, while on the set of director David O. Russell’s new Abscam scandal movie.”

“When Bradley and Jennifer made Silver Linings Playbook and Serena together they were inseparable,” claims a “source” for the site. “But now, Bradley has been spending his free time with Suki, and she feels like she’s lost her partner in crime.”

RadarOnline’s snitch goes on to note Cooper’s recent travels with Waterhouse, and points out that it means he and Lawrence ”haven’t been hanging around each other as often as they used to.”

“Because he’s spending all his free time with Suki, Jennifer’s only really seen Bradley on set and she’s grown a little jealous about it,” alleges the outlet’s supposed tipster.

Okay, stop.

This is ridiculous.

As Gossip Cop has reported time and again — and as Lawrence and Cooper themselves have said — the two are nothing more than friends.

Friends sometimes hang out with other friends — including their girlfriends.

Lawrence is NOT jealous of Cooper’s relationship with Waterhouse, just like she wasn’t jealous of his relationship last year with Zoe Saldana.

As with its sister publication the National Enquirer, RadarOnline seems insistent on sensationalizing non-existent drama between Lawrence and Cooper.

But that doesn’t make it true.

As a source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop, “It’s just tabloid nonsense.”

Bradley Cooper opens up about his father’s death in 2011, and reveals in the May issue of Details that his mother has been living with him for the past two years.

The Silver Linings Playbook star tells the magazine, “We’re surviving. Both of us. Let’s face it: It’s probably not easy for her, by the way, to be living with her son. It’s life. And right now, two years after my father’s death, this is where we are.”

Cooper adds, “My family is very close, and my dad dying was brutal for all of us. It was a schism, and its aftershock has not stopped. And we need each other. So here we are.”

The star shares, “But don’t get me wrong. It’s not without complications. It’s not like I live in a compound and she’s in the guesthouse. No. She’s in the next room. But here’s the thing: She’s a cool chick. We can hang, and she can roll with the punches.”

Cooper goes on to reveal that since the death of his dad, he’s more comfortable with being alone.

He says, “I don’t know what’s happened, maybe the death of my father or that I’m getting older, but I realize that I enjoy it tremendously now… being alone. I can stay alone for days. And be okay… I was just alone for seven days in Paris.”

The Hangover star also discusses being nominated for an Oscar, which came with the realization that some people didn’t take him seriously as an actor.

Cooper offers, “I had no idea how many people didn’t think I was really an actor. That surprised me. To me, I look at that guy in The Hangover, and that’s a full character that I worked on with the director to fit the story. Just like Sack Lodge in Wedding Crashers. So I’m creating characters that I think are full and rich, and everyone thought I was that guy.”

Bradley Cooper is dating Suki Waterhouse to make Jennifer Lawrence jealous, claims the National Enquirer, which has been embarrassingly wrong about Cooper’s love life in the past.

According to the tabloid’s source, “Jennifer is Hollywood’s hottest actress and everybody wants a piece of her, including Bradley.”

“He feels the only way to grab her attention while she’s off filming the ‘Hunger Games’ sequel is to be photographed with an even hotter — and younger — model,” explains the Enquirer insider. “He wants Jen to see what she’s missing.”

The magazine’s source says that Cooper’s reported relationship with Waterhouse hasn’t changed the fact that he’s “still pining for Jen.”

Uh-huh.

Never mind the fact that Cooper laughed off rumors that he and Lawrence would become a real-life couple.

Gossip Cop has already debunked that speculation, which was always 100 percent tabloid fantasy.

At the Oscars, Lawrence herself even revealed the TOTALLY bogus origins of the Cooper romance buzz.

Cooper is not dating Waterhouse to make Lawrence jealous.

The Enquirer and its ilk are desperate to stir up more Cooper-Lawrence rumors with the two stars set to collaborate again — but there’s simply nothing there.

A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the report is “absurd.”
