Anna Chlumsky Welcomes Baby Girl

Anna Chlumsky is a new mom!
The “Veep” actress and husband Shaun So welcomed daughter Penelope Joan So in New York on July 11.
Chlumsky announced she was pregnant back in March.
This is the first child for Chlumsky and So, who wed in 2008.
On Thursday, Chumsky was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series.
