Anderson Cooper revealed on Thursday that he received a package containing a bullet-ridden coin from alleged cop killer Christopher Jordan Dorner.
“Learned today suspect Christopher Dorner sent me a parcel at CNN,” tweeted the news anchor.
He added, “Inside was a note, DVD, and a coin shot thru with bullet holes.”

Dorner — a fired police officer who is accused of killing three people in Los Angeles and is the target of a massive manhunt — wrote to Cooper that he was one of the journalists he “admired.”
The package was first received by Cooper’s assistant on February 1, and he only just learned of its existence.
And in a bizarre, 11-page manifesto released by the LAPD on Thursday, Dorner included messages for celebrities he likes, such as Ellen DeGeneres, Charlie Sheen and Tim Tebow, Christoph Waltz, Larry David and Anthony Bourdain.
He also listed whom he deems “the most beautiful women on the planet,” and included Kate Winslet, Natalie Portman, Kelly Clarkson and a slew of others.
Dorner also referred to Jon Stewart, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld and other comedians as “pure geniuses.”
