Adam Lambert Joins Glee

Adam Lambert has been cast on “Glee.”
The FOX series’ creator Ryan Murphy broke the news on Twitter Wednesday night, writing, “I am thrilled to announce that the super talented Adam Lambert is joining the cast of Glee this fall.”
Lambert’s casting comes shortly after it was revealed several regulars won’t be returning to the show for its fifth season, and that other stars are being being upgraded to the main cast.
Last year, the “American Idol” runner-up appeared on “Pretty Little Liars,” playing himself.
This will be his first scripted role.
