A miniseries about the tarnished Fox News exec is coming — should John Goodman and Cameron Diaz star?

A Roger Ailes miniseries is coming to a TV near you. But who should play the tarnished cable news executive and his key accuser?

That’s the question on Hollywood’s mind after a project about the 76-year-old former Fox News chairman — ousted amid claims of sexual harassment made by former anchor Gretchen Carlson, 50, among others — was announced on Wednesday.

No network has yet been attached to the title, which will be produced by Blumhouse Television, the studio behind two high-profile HBO projects, The Jinx and The Normal Heat.

The Hollywood Reporter put together a short list of 12 actors, six men and six women, suitable to play the two leads. Now it’s time for you to weigh in.

Who should play…

The network has given a script-plus-penalty commitment to the project, about the first white family to move into a predominantly black neighborhood in Cleveland.

NBC has given a script commitment to a single-camera comedy from NBA star LeBron James and prolific series creator Bill Lawrence.

The commitment, which has a penalty attached, is for There Goes the Neighborhood, a half-hour single-camera series about the first white family to move into a predominantly black, newly gentrifying neighborhood in Cleveland. (James plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, which in June won its first-ever NBA championship.)

The project is from James’ SpringHill Entertainment and Lawrence’s Doozer Productions in association with Warner Bros. TV. Both companies have deals at Warners.

Lawrence and Jeff Ingold will executive produce for Doozer along with James and Maverick Carter for SpringHill. Neil Goldman and Garrett Donovan (Community) and Ron Funches are the writers and also will executive produce.

Earlier this month, SpringHill sold another scripted project to NBC, a scripted drama about a brilliant doctor who specializes in treating the world’s greatest sports stars. SpringHill also is producing The Wall, a game show also for NBC that’s hosted by Chris Hardwick and will debut later this year. Other credits include Starz’s Survivor’s Remorse, which was recently renewed for a fourth season.

Doozer, meanwhile, landed a pilot production commitment at NBC for the comedy Spaced Out earlier this month. Other credits include Undateable, Scrubs and Cougar Town.

SpringHill signed a deal with Warner Bros. Entertainment in July 2015 that spans all areas of content creation. Doozer renewed its deal with WBTV in May 2015.

USA Network is expanding its canine coverage.

The NBCUniversal cabler is set to broadcast the Beverly Hills Dog Show for the first time ever on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017, it was announced Wednesday.

The show was created as part of a new multi-year pact with the Kennel Club of Beverly Hills and Purina and will be produced by NBC Sports Group. The competition is expected to include 1,000 dogs from 200 eligible breeds. Seven best in show finalists will then walk a fashion show-style runway for the judges to determine a champion.

The two-hour telecast will be co-hosted by John O’Hurley (Seinfeld, Dancing With the Stars) and famed breeder, author and judge David Frei. NBCUniversal stars are expected to participate, but no other talent has yet been named.

NBC has also found success with the National Dog Show, which is also co-hosted by O’Hurley and Frei and also airs on a holiday. That ceremony was regularly aired on Thanksgiving since 2002, and most recently drew 26 million viewers over several airings last year. USA Network is also home to the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

“We are thrilled about becoming a part of the dog show tradition on USA Network and NBC,” Kennel Club of Beverly Hills president Tom Powers said. “Our goal is to make this a real celebration of all the dogs in our life.”

Added Purina Professional Engagement Team vp Sean Fitzgerald: “We’re excited to strengthen our partnership with NBC to continue delivering engaging and family friendly dog show programming for pet lovers with this new concept that combines the best of the entertainment and dog show worlds. We’re proud that the new Beverly Hills Dog Show Presented By Purina will serve as a reminder of Purina’s belief that pets make our lives bigger and better.”
