“You play 50 pranks, and all of a sudden, people don’t trust you anymore,” Kimmel said on his show Tuesday.

Jimmy Kimmel says he didn’t have anything to do with Dennis Quaid referring to someone as “Dopey the dick” — although Kimmel does appreciate the inventive nickname.

Ever since video footage recently went viral of the Far From Heaven actor appearing to lose his cool on a set, speculation has run rampant that it might be some type of stunt. Fingers have even being pointed at the Jimmy Kimmel Live host, who has a penchant for pulling the wool over people’s eyes.

On Tuesday’s show, Kimmel addressed the video, saying he was surprised that he “was being blamed for it.”

“I have to say, it’s disappointing — you play 50 pranks, and all of a sudden, people don’t trust you anymore,” he quipped, referring to his previous bits, including a twerking viral video that he admitted to having been behind.

Kimmel made it clear that his favorite part of the clip was Quaid’s “Dopey the dick” remark: “I might have T-shirts printed up.”

To see Kimmel turn the audio from Quaid’s rant into the voice of an iconic cartoon character, watch the segment below.

Six of Avengers: Age of Ultron‘s familiar faces assembled on the Jimmy Kimmel Live couch.

The talk show was graced by the appearances of Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Chris EvansMark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner on Monday, where they chatted with host Jimmy Kimmel about the highly anticipated Marvel sequel and debuted a number of exclusive clips from the film.

At the start of the show, the stars played a racy game of telephone. Let’s just say that one or more of them might be in need of some ointment.

Kimmel wanted to know which of them was known to have the most fun off-set, and Downey had two individuals in mind — unless it’s eggs benedict you’re after. “I’m in charge of brunch, and then Pluto, Lord of the Underworld [points to Renner], over there takes over after that, but Chris [Evans] is definitely up for just about anything,” Downey said.

If you’ve ever wondered what the stars feel about the often-bizarre fan art that is created about them, you’re about to find out, as they got a firsthand glimpse at some choice selections.

The stars then took questions from fans who appeared on a large TV screen, including one particularly devoted supporter by the name of Clark Gregg (Coulson), who shocked his co-stars with his appearance. He then asked if they planned to join him in moving to TV, a reference to his ABC drama Agents of SHIELD, but they didn’t sound particularly enthused about the idea.

Downey mentioned that the film’s shoot was particularly memorable, as Johansson was pregnant during it. Upon hearing this, the Black Widow actress fired back with: “It’s just great to wear a tight-fitting cat suit when you’re humongous — everybody wants to do that.”

The gang reconvened on a mockup of the Family Feud set, where they split into two teams. The most surprising moment may have come with Ruffalo’s response for a profession that involves wearing tights.

Much as many of the best Marvel-movie moments happen after the credits, so too did one of the night’s highlights, in which Ant-Man‘s Paul Rudd joined Kimmel to get destructive.

Teen Wolf fans are getting a glimpse at its upcoming season.

The MTV drama series’ first season-five promo debuted during Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards, offering a fleeting look at the show’s new villains.

The ad features the words, “The doctors will see you now,” as footage shows someone getting an injection.

Following quick clips of the show’s stars, voiceover of Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) can be heard: “The rules have changed!”

During a PaleyFest panel last month, creator Jeff Davis discussed Tyler Hoechlin‘s (Derek) departure from the show, promising that viewers “have not seen the last of Derek Hale.”

Davis also revealed that season 5 will feature “a lot of action, a lot of horror,” and will be “bigger and better” than previous seasons.

Teen Wolf‘s fifth season premieres in June on MTV. The trailer can be seen below.
