Little Mix is teaming up with Peta2, Peta’s youth division, to ban the use of elephants, tigers and other wild animals in the circus. Peta debuted a new print ad on Tuesday, featuring Perrie Edwards and her bandmates posing in a black-and-white photo the reads, “Shackled, Beaten And Depressed. Get Wild Animals Out Of The Circus!” See the photo at right.

In the picture, Jade Thirwall and Leigh-Ann Pinnock are seen with a ball and chain strapped to their ankles, while Jesy Nelson sits on a circus pedestal and Edwards stands nearby. Pinnock is quoted on Peta’s blog as saying, “We were shocked to learn that wild animals are still suffering in circuses. Animals don’t jump through rings of fire for fun. They do so out of fear, and it’s time to ban this so-called form of entertainment once and for all.” She continues, “There’s no reason why animals should still be suffering in circuses, and we hope that by posing for this ad, we’ll be doing our bit to help ban the use of wild animals in circuses.”

The girls also asked their fans to join them in helping to ban animals from being used in the circus. Other celebrities to star in ads for Peta2 include Fifth Harmony, Pink, Noah Cyrus, Sia and Kesha.

Rosie O’Donnell asked Caitlyn Jenner if she could take her out to dinner. O’Donnell, who recently split from wife Michelle Rounds, tweeted to the “I Am Cait” star Monday night “@Caityn_Jenner – dinner? My treat.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, O’Donnell has been a huge supporter of Jenner’s transition, tweeting shortly after her Vanity Fair debut in July, “she moves me so.” Lately, the former co-host of “The View” has been retweeting Jenner’s photos and blog posts. While it’s not clear what led O’Donnell to ask Jenner out, the offer came right after the comedian retweeted a selfie Jenner had posted.

Jenner has yet to respond to O’Donnell’s offer. Many fans, however, have already taken to Twitter to note how “epic” a dinner with Jenner and O’Donnell would be. One fan named Irish Rose posted, “@Rosie @Caitlyn_Jenner Would love to be at that dinner!!” Another user named Lynn noted that it would be an “Epic episode in the making #IAmCait,” and a Twitter user named Nikki, tweeted, “Oh I hope she says yes!! To be a fly on the wall.”

Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich are engaged! The “Dancing With The Stars” judge announced the news Tuesday on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself hugging Laich while showing off her ring finger. Hough captioned the picture, “We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiance #love.” See the photo at right and a larger version below!

Laich, who plays hockey for the Washington Capitals, shared the same photo on his Instagram page with the same caption as Hough’s.

As Gossip Cop reported, Hough opened up about her relationship with Laich and her 2013 split from Ryan Seacrest during an interview with Redbook last year. She noted that in all her past relationships there was “nothing wrong or bad, but there was nothing right.” Hough explained, “I had one foot out because I didn’t want to get hurt. Now I’m not holding anything back because I’d rather get my heart broken than never know what it is to be completely, madly in love.”

Hough went on to say that she knew she was ready to date again following her breakup with Seacrest, after her family went on a retreat in November 2013. Soon after, she was introduced to Laich. “It couldn’t have been a better time. We’ve been open and honest from day one,” said Hough.
