Columbus Short was arrested Tuesday in Los Angeles outside his album release party at Infusion Lounge nightclub. The actor and singer was reportedly headed inside to do a sound check when several bounty hunters and officers swooped in to take him into custody.

Short’s arrest stemmed from him bailing on a court appearance for one of his domestic violence cases. A judge issued a bench warrant for the actor after he failed to show, and bounty hunters, say TMZ, were told if they captured Short they would get a portion of his $500,000 bail.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Short has had several run-ins with the law over the past few years. The star was arrested in Dallas last year after getting into a fight at Katy Trail Ice House bar during July Fourth weekend. Short was also fired from his ABC show “Scandal” after his now ex-wife Tanee McCall accused him of threatening to kill her.

In a restraining order McCall obtained against Short, she alleged things got violent during an April 2014 fight when the actor accused her of cheating. According to McCall, Short choked her and threatened to kill her and then himself.

Rosie O’Donnell‘s 17-year-old daughter Chelsea has been found, and is safely in police custody.

The former talk show host tweeted the news Tuesday evening, writing, “chelsea has been found and is safe in police custody – thank u all for the help and light #missingchildren.”

As Gossip Cop reported earlier, Chelsea disappeared from O’Donnell’s Nyack, New York home last Sunday. After enlisting police help in finding her daughter, the star took to social media and her official blog to ask the public to pass on any information about Chelsea’s whereabouts. O’Donnell revealed that her daughter suffers from mental illness, but had stopped taking her medication.

A number of celebrities, including Jimmy Fallon, Roseanne, and Christina Applegate, helped spread the word on social media by tweeting about Chelsea on Tuesday afternoon. And when a follower questioned whether O’Donnell had used the “Find My iPhone” feature to “track her,” the actress-comedienne revealed that Chelsea had “left without her phone.”

No details have been revealed as to where Chelsea was ultimately found. O’Donnell had previously said she thought the teen may be in New York. O’Donnell is mom to five adopted kids, with Chelsea her second-oldest child and oldest daughter. Gossip Cop will update if more information emerges.

Miley Cyrus posted a new picture from her racy photo shoot with W magazine on Tuesday. The pop star took to Instagram to share side-by-side photos of two very NSFW pictures of her half-naked and covered in purple glitter laying on the floor. See the photos below!

In one image, Cyrus is seen sprawled out on the floor wearing a black lace bra and black pants pulled down to barely cover her vagina. In the second image, which Cyrus previously shared on Instagram earlier this month, she’s seen wearing the exact same outfit while photographer Mert Alas stands over her. She captioned the split image, “Art imitates Life with my BBQT @mertalas. Late night hotel room vs early morning W shoot. RIP armpit hurrr.”

Alas also shared the same photos on his Instagram page, adding a third picture of Cyrus completely topless as she flashed her underboob and part of her nipple for the camera. He wrote in the caption, “Miss you.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the “Wrecking Ball” singer and her rumored girlfriend Stella Maxwell posed for a racy “Secret Party” photo shoot for W, including one photo that featured the model feeding a topless Cyrus cake.
