Bruce Jenner has finally opened up about his much-discussed transition in an interview with Diane Sawyer. After much speculation, Bruce confirmed to the veteran journalist, “I am a woman.”

He continued, “I was always very confused with my gender identity.” Bruce, who started to get teary-eyed during the interview, told Sawyer that he believes he was given “the soul of a female.” He said, “My brain is much more female, than it is male… For all intents and purposes I am a woman.”

The former athlete explained that he was finally telling his story because he didn’t want to “live a lie” anymore, and he believed his story could “change the world.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Bruce has been transitioning from male to female. Over the past several weeks, ABC released teaser promo videos about his interview with Sawyer, but Bruce has never publicly discussed the rumors until Friday. In the emotional two-hour special, Sawyer highlighted Bruce’s childhood, his Olympic gold medal win, and his three divorces. She also interviewed some of Bruce’s children.

Bruce said the first child he told about his transition was Brandon Jenner. While Brandon admitted that he might not be “handling this perfectly,” he is doing his best to cope. He added, “I feel like I’m getting an upgraded version of my dad.” Casey Jenner told Sawyer, “I held his hand and cried with him and told him how proud of him I was.” Brody Jenner revealed that once he learned of his father’s transition, everything suddenly “made sense.” And Burt admitted that he initially feared he would lose his father, but is also supportive of his decision.

Bruce also revealed how his youngest daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and his step-daughters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe handled the news. Kim was the first out of the girls to find out after accidentally walking in on Bruce wearing a dress. He explained that for years they never discussed the incident, but eventually he decided to come clean with Kim. He also admitted that Kim has handled it the best out of all his children. A few months ago, he decided to sit down with Khloe, Kourtney and Rob so he could tell them about his decision. The former Olympian also admitted that Kendall and Kylie found out by accident, but the girls have been nothing but supportive.

At another point in the interview, Bruce revealed that he has started back on hormones and plans to undergo cosmetic surgery. As far as sexual reassignment surgery, Bruce said that would most likely happen later on down the road. One thing many fans have been curious to know is what Bruce has chosen as his female name. He told Sawyer he wasn’t ready to reveal the name yet because “the media would go crazy.” He also opened up about his sexual orientation, and while at the beginning of the interview Bruce described himself as “heterosexual,” he later told Sawyer that he’s “asexual” for now.

“Mama” June Shannon reveals in a new interview that she’s bisexual. The “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” star says she’s “fooled around” with women, although she has not been in a long-term relationship with a female partner. “I’m not going to lie, I played around in the minors but never went pro,” explains Shannon.

The reality TV matriarch was supporting her daughter Pumpkin, who had sat down with her mom for an “Inside Edition” interview, during which Pumpkin revealed to fans that she is bisexual. A major bombshell about Shannon then surfaced in the process.

“She is gay, too,” Pumpkin says during the interview. She then reiterates, “June is gay, too!” Shannon quickly jumps in, clarifying, “Bisexual.” Pumpkin continues admitting that she likes both men and women, noting, “You cannot hide who you truly are.” She continues, “June came out, too.”

Pumpkin also reveals that she’s currently single, but hopes to work things out with her ex-girlfriend. While the revelation of Shannon’s sexuality may come as a surprise, the reality TV star says she’s not worried about what people will think, explaining, “I look at it this way: Haters are going to hate.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Shannon split from Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson in September after she accused him of cheating. Shortly after their breakup, she was romantically linked to convicted sex offender Mark McDaniel. Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald hint they might be expecting twins in a new pregnancy update video. Even though the reality TV star is only 12 weeks along, Duggar believes she’s pregnant with a boy, while her husband thinks they could be having twins. See the video below.

“We’re so excited to announce that we are expecting a baby,” says Duggar in the video, with Seewald adding, “Can’t wait to find out if it’s a boy or a girl.” Duggar then says she believes it’s a boy, but Seewald teases, “It could be both.”

As Gossip Cop reported, the couple announced they were expecting their first child on Tuesday during an interview with People. “We’re expecting!” said Duggar, adding, “We are so excited. The due date is November first, our wedding anniversary.” The TLC star revealed that she decided to take a pregnancy test one Sunday before heading to church, and that’s when she discovered she was pregnant. “I said, ‘Hey Ben, guess what? Yeah, you’re a dad.’ We couldn’t believe it,” said Duggar.

“We are so excited. We have started talking baby names. It’s one of those things that is so special, picking a name for a baby,” continued Duggar, with Seewald adding, “We are trying to take it one day at a time.
