Kris Jenner has once again gone over the top this year with her Christmas tree. Kim Kardashian posted a photo to Twitter on Wednesday revealing the family’s elaborately decorated tree for 2015. See the photo below!

The beautiful tree starts at the bottom of the staircase in Jenner’s foyer and nearly touches the ceiling two stories up. Elaborate lights and ornaments adorn the tree, while separate lights and ribbons cover the stairway up both flights. Kardashian captioned the photo, “Candy Cane Lane Kris Jenner Style.”

Kardashian shared the photo a few hours after hosting a live stream on her app. Joined by daughter North as they made cupcakes for “Daddy” (Kanye West), the reality star also showed off her mom’s Christmas decorations. “I am probably putting my mom on blast because she probably acts like she does this herself, but she really has 50 people doing it,” admitted Kardashian.

Jenner has never been one to celebrate Christmas in moderation. She throws a luxurious black-tie party at her home on Christmas Eve every year that has gone from being a Kardashian-Jenner family night to a star-studded celebrity event. Kelly Rutherford Posed “Abduction” Risk With Kids, Ruled Judge

Kelly Rutherford is not to be trusted, and would likely take her two kids and flee to the U.S., according to the judge who presided over the custody case between the actress and her ex-husband Daniel Giersch in Monaco. The noted in his ruling there was “a strong risk of the children’s abduction and retention in the United States.” And there was reason for that decision.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the final ruling in the long and contentious custody battle also states Rutherford can never bring 9-year-old Hermes and 6-year-old Helena to the U.S. for visits, permitting her to only visit them in France and Monaco, where they live with their dad. The former “Gossip Girl” star and Giersch, as per the judge’s decision, will split custody of the children during Christmas, spring and summer vacations, and also jointly make decisions regarding their children’s schooling, religious upbringing, health, and should there be “any change of residence.” In addition, Rutherford will also receive approximately $3,281 in monthly child support payments.

The judge’s harsh ruling seems to stem from Rutherford’s refusal in August to send the children back to Monaco. As Gossip Cop noted at the time, Rutherford was awarded temporary custody last summer and permitted to have her children visit her in the U.S. for the first time in years. But she willfully ignored the August 6 deadline to return the children to Monaco, later releasing a statement claiming she wasn’t obligated to because courts in New York and California said they didn’t have jurisdiction over the case. Days later, however, a Manhattan Supreme Court ruled that the children had to fly back to Monaco.

Tell Gossip Cop what you think about the case, and whether you agree with the judge’s decision.

Nicki Minaj Slammed For Headlining Angola Christmas Concert

Nicki Minaj is being slammed by a human rights organization for headlining an upcoming Christmas festival in Angola. The rapper is set to perform at the Unitel Boas Festas on Saturday in the nation’s capital of Luanda.

Angola has a reputation for committing human rights violations against those who oppose Angola’s leader, Jose Eduardo dos Santos, and his reputedly oppressive government. Thor Halvorssen, head of the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), penned an open letter to Minaj, first applauding her charity work on behalf of children, before asking, “What kind of inspirational message is she sending to millions of young Angolans by performing for the dictatorship that has literally stolen their freedom and their future?”

Halvorssen wrote that “millions of people look up to [Minaj] for creative inspiration,” and noted she should have “no good reason… to do business with the corrupt Angolan dictatorship and endorse the ruler’s family company.” He further xpressed hope the rapper would “cancel her trip and instead issue a statement of solidarity with those jailed this month for opposing the dictatorship including [Angolan] rapper and hip-hop artist Luaty Beirao.”

As Gossip Cop has previously reported, the HRF got Hilary Swank to apologize in 2011 after accepting money to attend the 35th birthday of Chechnya’s bad guy president Ramzan Kadyrov. The group also slammed Jennifer Lopez in 2013 for performing at authoritarian Turkmenistan leader Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov’s birthday.
