See how Uncle Jesse reacts to the review from THR’s Daniel Fienberg.

John Stamos is having quite the week on late-night TV.

First, he starred in Stephen Colbert’s cop drama reboot, Full House Nights. Then on Thursday night, he endured Late Night’s Seth Meyers reading to him not-so-great reviews of Fuller House (while Stamos was a really good sport about it).

Starting off the interview, Meyers mentioned to Stamos that Full House has “never been a critical darling.”

“What’s the opposite of ‘darling’?” Stamos responded. So Meyers brought up the “mean reviews” of the reboot, Fuller House, that he wanted to read and discuss.

The list of reviews for Netflix’s recent reboot started with The Hollywood Reporter’s Daniel Fienberg, who said about the Netflix reboot, “it’s doubtful that there will be a more painful 2016 TV episode than the Fuller House pilot.”

To which Stamos responded, “He was being mauled by a bear when he wrote that. You’ll love episode two, Daniel!”

Another review said Fuller House was “like a porn parody without the porn,” and one compared it to necrophilia.

Stamos was a good sport, though, saying that the show is really about the fans, telling one reviewer “James, it’s Fuller House, not Room!” The actor also added, “After five days, Netflix said ‘let’s do a second season,’ so I thank the fans for that.”

Stephen Colbert Reimagines ‘Full House’ as Cop Drama

‘The Late Show’ introduced the next iteration of the family comedy: ‘Full House Nights.’

Full House has already been rebooted as Fuller House, and Netflix renewed Fuller House for a second season as of this Wednesday. But that’s not nearly enough for Full House superfan Stephen Colbert.

On Wednesday’s Late Show, Colbert introduced his idea for the next iteration of the ’90s family show: Full House Nights, a cop drama, complete with a new theme song. Colbert teased the sketch on Twitter on Wednesday, trying to appeal to Netflix to pick up his faux reboot, tweeting “Just saying, if you’re looking for the house to get even fullerer, have your people call our people.”

In the cop show, Colbert is cast as the bad guy, Demetri, who sits in the precinct waiting for three cops to come interrogate him: Dave Coulier, Bob Saget and John Stamos, aka “The Full House Daddies.”

“Cut the crap, Demetri! Where’s the next shipment coming in?” Stamos yells in the scene.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about, strangely young-looking man,” Colbert says to Stamos.

Kanye West Is Immune to Compliments in ‘SNL’ Promo

Taran Killam showers West and host Melissa McCarthy with mild kudos in the latest spot.

Kanye West joins Melissa McCarthy and castmember Taran Killam in this week’s Saturday Night Live promos — but not even the two comedians can get West to crack a smile.

McCarthy is set to host the Feb. 13 episode with West as musical guest. In the promo, Killam tries to compliment the duo, but stops short of going overboard, to McCarthy’s dismay.

“Melissa and Kanye — biggest show ever,” Killam says.

“Oh, stop,” McCarthy interrupted, when Killam does, to her disappointment, he tells her that he just doesn’t know what she wants. “Something in the middle,” she says. “There’s probably a happy medium, right?”

West, serious throughout the rest of the spot, only shrugs.

In the first promo for this week’s SNL, McCarthy joined Vanessa Bayer at the nail salon where she was ready to try out her nail-related bits.

“Do you think when my lady’s done doing my nails, I should look up at her and go ‘Nailed it’?” she asks Bayer, but she’s cruelly turned down. In the end, she tries it out anyway.
