Former Voice contestant Tess Boyer has gone missing, according to her friend and fellow season 6 competitor Bria Kelly.

“Tess has been missing for weeks and has vanished from social media,” Kelly tweeted Tuesday afternoon, launching the hashtag #FindTessBoyer.

“Tess has not shown up to class and hasn’t communicated with us,” she continued, noting that she is missing in Glen Carbon, Ill., in addition to her social-media silence. “Her family will not give us any info. We need your help.”

There is no evidence of Boyer’s family or any authorities reporting her disappearance. Kelly admitted that there was no initial news on Boyer because she and her friends had been keeping it a secret “out of respect to her.”

Since her initial tweets, Kelly has retweeted others with input on the disappearance:

Boyer competed on season 6 of The Voice in 2014; Kelly referred to Boyer as her “big sister” during their time together on the show.

NBC’s Voice profile for Boyer reads:

Originally picked in a solo chair turnaround by Usher, Tess was stolen twice: the first time by Blake Shelton and then again in the second battle round by Shakira. Tess grew up dancing, cheerleading and competing in pageants. She was a cheerleader for the St. Louis Rams football team and currently works with special needs children while studying pre-law. Tess’s true love is singing, and she auditioned for The Voice to prove she has what it takes.

NBC hasn’t responded to Billboard‘s request for comment at press time.

Here, Boyer performs Paramore’s “Ain’t It Fun” on the show:

“If we had seven hours I would demonstrate,” Sting jokes, before admitting that period would also include dinner and a movie. “The idea of tantric sex is that sex is a spiritual act. I don’t know of a purer and better way of expressing love for another individual.”

The episode airs Thursday at 8 p.m. (ET) on Bravo. Sting will also be talking about the opening of the Broadway musical The Last Ship, for which he provided an original score. The show is based on his own memories of growing up in a shipbuilding community on the coast of England. It may or may not include tantric sex.
