Vanessa Lachey Shares Heartwarming Video Showing Husband Nick Lachey Learning The Sex Of Baby No. 3

Vanessa Lachey and husband Nick Lachey are expecting a baby boy.

On Thursday, Vanessa shared a video on Instagram showing how she first revealed the news to Nick over the summer.

“I have so much to be Thankful for this year… especially our littlest Lachey. When Daddy came home from tour this Summer and we were moving into our new house I shared the news!” Vanessa wrote to accompany the video, which is soundtracked by 98 Degrees’ “Because of You.” “Now I’m sharing it with you! I am so very Thankful and Grateful for this family of mine! And Thankful for YOU! All your Love & support makes what we do FUN and worth it! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Love, V “

Vanessa’s video shows Nick walking up to their front door and spotting blue balloons. The family’s adorable dog runs out to greet the singer on his way inside.

“I knew you knew,” he tells his wife as he walks into the house.

Once inside, Nick embraces Vanessa and his two children — son Camden and daughter Brooklyn — as the family celebrates the happy news together.

“Best surprise ever!” Nick wrote when he reposted the video on his own Instagram on Thursday evening.

Nick and Vanessa first shared the news that they are expecting their third child in an Instagram post in early September. In the pic, they revealed the “newest Lachey” is due in “Spring 2017.”
